MORE WORK
PORTAVENTURA TRAPCAM (2007)
CD at Doubleyou
The biggest theme park in South Europe asked us to create a campaign for their Halloween season. Instead, we built an attraction in their park.
It was a trap.
Disguised as an interactive experience, visitors were recorded by a webcam streaming directly onto PortAventura’s website, where users could fright the poor victim in real time.
We then created a viral film out of the best reactions and a cover of a famous flamenco song, ‘Fear’.
The website averaged 16 min. per visit and the viral video got over 500.000 views.
O2 TRAVEL APP (2013)
CD at VCCP
Before roaming fares were as cheap as today, we helped Telefonica create the go-to app for European travellers.
Thanks to several partnerships, we granted travellers the most used services at no data cost, such as pre-loaded maps and TripAdvisor guides, along with the most competitive roaming tariff.
The product so successful we adapted it to 3 different brands/continents, including O2, Movistar and Vivo.
MAHOU - THE WIKIFILM (2009)
CD at Doubleyou
Long before branded content and social media were trendy, we helped Mahou evolve their long-standing sponsorship of Spanish cinema onto a world’s first: a collaborative film made by the audience with the help of two famous directors.
Over the course of 9 months, people submitted content and made over 30 decisions for key aspects of the pre-production, shoot, post-production and promotion of the film.
Along with a massive PR reach, the crowd-sourced project was advertised by a provocative 360 campaign, and the resulting film was premiered at some of Spain’s most famous film festivals. A year later, Mahou launched a second edition.
X-CONFESSIONS (2012)
with Erika Lust
In 2011 I quitted my agency for a year sabbatical. After traveling the world I approached famous feminist porn director Erika Lust with several ideas for transmedia experiments we could do together.
We couldn’t get funds to produce our wildest idea, but I ended up helping Erika to create X-Confessions, a digital platform where people could share their sexual fantasies for Erika to turn them into short films.
